OCEANUSLive.org has been undergoing extensive development to ensure that, once live, the system brings about new levels of social media innovation.
The key emphasis is placed on the ‘Live’ environment and the ‘verified’ trust placed upon an industry to share information for the greater good, without impacting on individual competitiveness. With Live Collaboration areas, it will enable the discussion of topics from ranging Piracy to Icebergs!
Since the inception of the OCEANUSLive.org concept, the team have been ferociously exploiting the ever-growing impact of commercial social media to ensure that the requirements of the system live up to the needs of the users within the maritime community. By bringing social networking into a live environment, there is the opportunity to exploit Crowdsourcing to bolster security and safety, worldwide.
The concept has far-reaching possibilities and the team are looking forward to further development with the assistance of its users. The Beta testing will be going live very soon, having implemented a new verification process to increase the level of security and trust within the OCEANUSLive.org environment.
