This privacy
policy sets out how OCEANUSLive (‘We’,
‘Our’ or ‘Us’) will use or uses any personal information collected about you in
the course of your use of the Site.
In keeping
with the UK Data Protection Act 1998,
the control of data is conducted by OCEANUSLive as part of ForbesWallace Limited and Polymorph Ltd. Where access is to
Microsites or an area of the Site which is operated by a third party, the data
controller is deemed to be that third party.
The privacy
of users of Our Site is treated most seriously. This privacy policy, in
conjunction with the Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy and where you
have registered to use the Site, sets out how the information collected will be
used. Ensure you read this policy closely.

the Site and the submission of any personal information to Us via the Site,
means you agree to be bound by this privacy policy. If you do not accept to be
bound by this privacy policy, you must not use the Site.

allow Us to understand how users use the OCEANUSLive Service and to help Us improve the structure of Our Site (we cannot

advertisements, are visited, to determine the most popular areas of the Site and

be viewable by other members of the Site in the chat room(s) and a pseudonym (if
desired) in the Community area. Other members will not have access to your full
user profile unless they have an agreed relationship within a group chat room
that permits such access based on the privacy settings provided.

queries and exchange information through the various chat rooms and Community
areas may be performed. Whilst We permit you to decide your privacy options that
restrict access to your user profile, it must be stated that no security
measures are 100 percent guaranteed to be impenetrable. We do not control the

however, by accepting the Acceptable Use Policy, other registered users accept
and agree to use or access the Content solely in the context of the authorised
use stated in the AUP. Should you disclose your user profile details or post

if you do so We are not responsible for the privacy practices, or the content,

taken to keep data securely:
We take every
appropriate measure. To ensure that
information disclosed to Us is kept securely. All information provided to Us is
stored on secure servers. The embedded encryption and password protection
provides greater security to the user. Any credit or debit card information that
you use to register with the Site is processed by Our service provider and We do
not have access to or hold any credit or debit card information.
We have security measures in place to protect our customer
database and access to this database is restricted internally. However, it
remains each member's responsibility:

control, and you acknowledge that OCEANUSLive
is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality,
appropriateness or any other aspect of such websites or resources. The inclusion of any such link does
not imply endorsement by OCEANUSLive
or any association with its operators.
You further acknowledge and agree that OCEANUSLive shall not be responsible or
liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be
caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Content,
goods or services available on or through any such website or resource. You
should exercise caution and consult the privacy policy of the third
party-operated website in question before submitting any information.
Access to and
deletion of your information – accuracy or
your information:
Accurate
information is important. You can access
and control most or your personal information on the Site, however, if you
believe that any information We hold about you is incorrect or is incomplete,
you are to contact Us as soon as possible. We will promptly carry out any action
to rectify the matter.
If you
terminate your account for any reason we will remove your profile details from
the Site and database. However, unless otherwise requested, We will retain a
copy of your profile details on Our servers should you wish to reactivate your
user account in the future.
Having used
the collaboration room and Community area facilities of the Site to share
information with other users, you generally cannot remove such communications.
You should be aware that even after removal, information posted may remain
viewable in cached and archived pages within the Site, or if users have copied
or stored the information.
You retain
the right to apply for a copy of any information that may be held by Us about
you; however, this may incur a small charge, and you may also have any
inaccurate information corrected.
