Specifically, after following up information from the local Port Authority, the Latvian helicopter, in the morning hours Thursday 30 July, spotted a local inflatable speedboat boat with a 31 year-old Greek, professional public servant, wearing attire that resembled uniforms of Law enforcement body, wearing a hood on his head, guiding a boat with a group of foreign newcomers to the eastern coast of the island, he then took and misappropriated the outboard motor of the boat of the migrants. The Latvian helicopter also found nearby a second dinghy (no other data), with the passengers were another two of three arrested nationals, aged 32 and 21 years respectively, dressed in attire and hoods similar to the first person appearing in the same sea area.
